In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, tapioca starch, and salt.

Gradually add warm water and olive oil while stirring until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes, covered with a damp cloth.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to desired thickness.
Cut the dough into pasta shapes of your choice.
Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil and add the pasta.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the pasta floats to the surface.
Drain the pasta using a strainer and rinse with cold water.
Serve immediately with your favorite sauce or topping.
