Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
Place frozen Brussels sprouts directly into a mixing bowl - DO NOT THAW. Drizzle with oil, then add salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings. Toss well until all sprouts are evenly coated.
12-16 oz Frozen Brussels Sprouts, 1-2 tbsp High-Smoke Point Oil avocado oil or light olive oil work best, 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt or to taste, 1/4 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground preferred
Transfer the seasoned sprouts to the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder, 1/4 tsp Onion Powder, 1/4 tsp Paprika
Cook at 380°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, then remove the basket and shake well or use tongs to toss the sprouts.
Return to the air fryer and continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes until sprouts are tender when pierced with a fork and have crispy, browned edges.
Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
