Ingredients
  

  • 12-16 oz Frozen Brussels Sprouts
  • 1-2 tbsp High-Smoke Point Oil avocado oil or light olive oil work best
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground preferred

Optional Seasonings

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.

  • Place frozen Brussels sprouts directly into a mixing bowl - DO NOT THAW. Drizzle with oil, then add salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings. Toss well until all sprouts are evenly coated.

  • Transfer the seasoned sprouts to the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder, 1/4 tsp Onion Powder, 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • Cook at 380°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, then remove the basket and shake well or use tongs to toss the sprouts.

  • Return to the air fryer and continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes until sprouts are tender when pierced with a fork and have crispy, browned edges.

  • Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For Garlic Parmesan variation: Add 1/2 tsp garlic powder during seasoning, then toss hot sprouts with 2-4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese immediately after cooking.
  • For Balsamic Glazed variation: Drizzle 1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar or glaze over hot sprouts after cooking and toss gently.
  • For Spicy Maple variation: Whisk together 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp Sriracha (or to taste), and a pinch of salt. Toss with hot sprouts after cooking.
  • For Everything Bagel variation: Add 1-2 tsp Everything Bagel seasoning during initial seasoning.
  • Leftover sprouts can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 3-4 minutes until heated through and re-crisped.
