  • 1 cup Peanut Butter Use creamy or crunchy, unsweetened preferred.
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar Can substitute with brown sugar for a deeper flavor.
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar Adds moisture and a slight caramel flavor.
  • 1 large Egg Room temperature for better mixing.
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder Helps cookies rise slightly.
  • ¼ tsp Salt Balances sweetness and enhances flavor.
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract Optional but adds extra depth to flavor.
  • As needed Parchment Paper To prevent sticking in the air fryer.

1 cup Peanut Butter, ½ cup Granulated Sugar, ¼ cup Brown Sugar, 1 large Egg, ½ tsp Baking Powder, ¼ tsp Salt, ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2. Shape the Cookies: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the dough balls on a parchment-lined plate or tray. Use a fork to press a crisscross pattern on top of each cookie.
  • 3. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) and let it preheat for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Air Fry the Cookies: Place cookies in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch. Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 7-8 minutes, or until the edges are golden.

  • 5. Cool & Serve: Let the cookies rest in the air fryer for 2 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack. Enjoy warm or let them cool completely for a firmer texture.

Notes

  • Peanut Butter Choice: Use creamy peanut butter for a smoother texture. Natural peanut butter may alter the consistency.
  • Sugar Substitute: You can swap white sugar with coconut sugar or a sugar substitute for a lower-carb option.
  • Crispy vs. Soft Cookies: For crispier cookies, air fry for an extra 1-2 minutes. For softer cookies, reduce the time slightly.
  • Storage Tips: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
  • Add-Ins: Try adding chocolate chips or crushed peanuts for extra flavor and texture.
